Awful. I knew I should have question things one the person cutting my hair took way too long to cut the person that was in front of me. I was in a hurry as I was already late for a meeting and my hair was wet when I left. With that said can’t really judge what it looks like when it’s wet. When I got home one side is way longer than the other and I have short hair and I told the person I wanted a short cut. I even showed a picture of me with my normal shower cut. Needless to say I will never ever go back there again. .

**** Sports Clips! I went there for a haircut and the hair stylist ****ed up my hair completely. There was more hair on one side of my head than the other. I called and let them know I wasn't satisfied with my experience. I was told I could receive a free haircut the next time I visited. So I try to go back into Sports Clips to get another haircut and explained to the employee on how I was told I would receive a free haircut. The employee checked my name on the computer and told me I would not be able to get the free cut, but instead they'd just wash my ****ing hair. What a ****ing joke! Never will I ever step in a Sports Clip again. Ill be sure to tell everybody else to not do the same. Such a ****ty place.

Today was my first time in a SportClips and I'll never go anywhere ever again. Megan cut my hair today and was just super personable, outgoing, and easy to talk to/get along with. I will always book my haircuts with her if possible, she did a fantastic job on the haircut too

Every time I come to sport clips, I never leave disappointed. My stylist is absolutely amazing, she pays attention to detail, she always makes sure I am completely satisfied after she is finished, and explains the product she uses and what she recommends. The establishment is always clean and up to par with regulations on covid, and all the staff members are super friendly. I will continue getting my hair cuts from Rebecca, her MVPs are top notch!!!

I got an interesting haircut from a stylist today. The haircut itself was good and she was nice but the topics she talked about were not professional and they were offensive. Without me starting the conversation she began talking about current political, racial and social issues. She called Trump supporters and church goers h*phobic and racist and expressed her views about police and mask wearing. I went along with her conversation to avoid argument but as a republican, a Christian and someone who works in law enforcement, she was very disrespectful and attacked everything I am. I respect her political beliefs and still tipped her for her work, but a haircut is not the place to be expressing these views especially when you essentially call your client a racist, h*phobe because of my religion. Again, she is entitled to her opinions and views but please be professional and keep it out of the work place. I do not see myself returning to this location.

Was very surprised when i can into the Mahan location and was told that i need to leave and go buy a mask at Publix. When I told them that their website said one would be provided all the stylists seemed unaware of this. Your website clearly says you will provide one if needed. Very poor management I choose not to wear a mask so i did not have one. After going to Publix finding out they were sold out, went back and they then provided me a mask. Strange experience.

Terrible experience. No sense of urgency. All stylist were slow. Slow walking,cutting and cleaning up. After 45 minutes had to leave. Store clock for your hair cut time kept moving back due to their slowness. I will not return to Store in Mahan Village or any other sports clips.Tallahassee FL. Second time this happened.

Let me start off with I have always had a great experience taking my son to get his haircut here. So we had checked in online and there was no wait so we went ahead and went to the shop when we arrived there was 1 person waiting in front of us (no big deal) our wait was 19 min. There were 3 stylist. 1 was only cutting hair. Our time for a wait was started over 3 different times ( we asked for first availability) so we waited for almost an hour not 19 minutes( again no big deal) when it was time for my son to be called the stylist were very rude. The customer service and the time that she spent doing my sons hair was horrible. Not to mention she Had direction for the haircut and it was still done poorly. Idk if this place is u see new management or what but our service has never been like this here. We are even going to have to go back to another stylist to fix his haircut. If anyone is wondering the stylist name that did so poorly is Laura at the Mahan village.
